Shipping Policy

Most orders ship using standard ground shipping within 72 hours of order and payment receipt. Rugs weighing more than 150 pounds will ship as LTL freight. Shipping estimates for large orders containing multiple products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Customers may request their order be shipped by their preferred provider, please include this information at the time you place your order. 

Pre-paid customers are charged for shipping when orders are processed. The invoice will include your freight charges and will be processed before your order ships. Terms customers may be billed separately for freight or you may request charges to be processed on your own account. 

Expedited shipping can be requested. Please request expedited shipping at the time of placing your order and your account representative will provide you with a quote for approval. 

If your order contains backordered or custom ordered items, please specify whether you would like to hold your shipment to ship in full or if it is authorized to split ship as the items become available. 

Customers are able to pick up their orders from the Creative Touch New Jersey warehouse or High Point showroom. Please note “customer pick up” at the time you place your order and specify from what location. 

Customers in select areas of New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania may be eligible for delivery by one of our Creative Touch rug delivery professionals. Please inquire with your account representative to confirm availability or schedule your delivery. Please note delivery may be subject to additional charges that will be billed on your invoice.
