Rug and Inventory Searches
Our inventory of nearly 10,000 rugs are available for residential or commercial projects. Inventory searches can be completed by using our website. Alternatively, our knowledgeable sales team can perform inventory searches based on your specifications (size, color, material, design, etc.). If you look through the inventory online and wish to see more, please contact the sales team as they have access to incoming shipments and what may be available on the looms.
Stock, Back Order, and Custom Order Pricing
As a trade professional with an account, you are eligible to purchase at a trade discounted price. Creative Touch supplies to-the-trade only. Retail prices are only suggested and not advertised. A general price list can be supplied by request and can be used as a reference point. Please request pricing quotes (for stock or ordered items) with a knowledgeable Creative Touch associate.
Placing an Order
If you are interested in purchasing an available rug from our inventory, please contact the sales office with the approved rug number, desired shipment address, any special shipping instructions, and your preferred method of payment (credit card or check). You will receive a copy of your invoice and the rug will usually ship within 72 hours of payment receipt.
Samples
Trade professionals are welcome to consign from our sample and rug inventory when sourcing or presenting for projects. You are eligible for consignment with a trade account, a credit card on file, and a signed consignment contract on file. We will generally have samples available for our programmed designs which include the Patchwork, Bosphorus, Van, and Benson-Cobb collections. There are a number of other samples showing hand tufted, hand loomed, and hand knotted qualities, but we will not have samples of every design in our inventory. Consignments are loaned for a 3 week period and it is the consignee’s responsibility to return the sample (at their expense). At the end of the third week on approval period, if the sample is not returned, your credit card will be charged for the trade cost of the sample (priced by the square foot). If the sample is returned in “new selling condition” after payment has been processed, the sale will be returned and the credit card will be refunded up to the full amount of the trade price of the sample. Extensions can be requested with the sales office. Please send consignment requests to a sales team member or the main sales office.
Consignment and on Approval
Samples and Full sized rugs can be sent on approval. If approved, please notify your account manager as soon as possible to ensure timely invoicing.

Custom Orders
Although there is a wide variety of available inventory to choose from, if your project requires something specific or unique, we can custom create the perfect piece. Any of our own designs can be customized or you can work with our sales and design team to bring your own concept to life. Together, we will determine the design, color, and construction options that best suit your needs. Using more than 1,200 colors, we can select options in person or remotely.
