Product may be returned in undamaged new condition if it does not meet your expectations with a return authorization. Please contact your sales representative or the sales office, email@example.com, to request a return authorization.
Please reference your invoice number, rug product id, and purchase order number (if applicable). The rug must be returned to our shipping/receiving warehouse within 14 days of your receipt for up to a full refund. Returns received within 15-30 days are eligible for an exchange or a credit up to the full amount. After 30 days time, returns will not be accepted and no refund or credit will be issued. Custom ordered, altered, speciality serviced, discontinued, special priced, and as-is items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipment is at the expense of the buyer and returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the purchase price. You may request your payment to be refunded or you may request us to hold a credit on your account. Refunds are generally processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Creative Touch may reduce, or reject, a refund for goods returned damaged which were not the result of Creative Touch’s actions or which were not defective at the time sold. Buyer must provide Creative Touch with shipment tracking upon request.
